About Vinod:

Vinod Kumar is not just a yoga teacher; he is a dedicated explorer of the intricate connection between human anatomy and the ancient practice of yoga. With a postgraduate degree in Medical Anatomy, Vinod spent 8 enriching years imparting his knowledge to medical school students, unraveling the mysteries of the human body.

Journey to Yoga:

It was through his deep understanding of anatomy that Vinod discovered his true calling in yoga. Fascinated by the way the body moves, breathes, and heals, he delved into the practice of yoga over 6 years ago and hasn’t looked back since. Vinod believes that yoga is not just a physical exercise but a holistic journey towards self-discovery and inner peace.
