The first glimpse of our charming homestay with its panoramic mountain views set the tone for the days ahead. We kicked off the retreat with an evening yoga session, introducing everyone and setting intentions for the journey.

Day 2: Hike to Waterfalls

The second day began with a rejuvenating sunrise yoga session. There’s something magical about practicing yoga as the first rays of the sun kiss the mountains. After a hearty breakfast, we explored the quaint Naddi village.

This was the day everyone had been eagerly anticipating. We started early, brimming with excitement for the trek to Triund. The trail was adorned with blooming rhododendrons, creating a picturesque path. As we climbed higher, the Dhauladhar mountains revealed their grandeur. The chilling weather at the top was a stark contrast to the warm camaraderie around the campfire. Camping at Triund, under a blanket of stars, was an experience that bonded us all.

Day 4: Return and evening Reflection

The next morning we woke to see the beautiful sunrise at the triund top. Had a wonderful time walking in the mountains, eating bread omlet, maggie in the mountains. With full energy and enthusiasm we started our descent back to our stay. We were really exhausted by the time we reached our stay. Evening managed to do some chanting and meditation.
