  4. Chanting and Mantras: Experience the vibrational healing of chanting and mantras, learning their significance and how they can enhance your yoga practice and spiritual growth.

At the retreat find your way back to the harmony of nature and reconnect with yourself. Through the nature walks explore how the principles of plant life can be reflected in our own lives, gaining insights and inspiration.

Walking in nature is refreshing and invigorating in ways that other activities simply cannot match. Beyond the good vibes and fresh air, scientific evidence shows that spending time outdoors has measurable cognitive, emotional, and physical benefits. One of our activities will include barefoot walking, a practice known for its numerous healing benefits. Join us to heal and rejuvenate in the warm embrace of nature.

Art and artists give hope. They make things brighter and make you believe in the value of existence and creation.

The aim of immersing in art during the retreat is to generate 'release' and 'expression' through art by exploring various mediums or forms to achieve the process. She believes that anyone can be creative if they embrace themselves and all that surrounds them.

In the art workshops you can expect the following:

Wayanad is well-connected by road. There is a network of good roads that lead to Wayanad from all three states – Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. Another option is to take the state transport buses that run from Bengaluru, Mysore, Kochi, Mangalore, Trivandrum, Chennai, etc. to Kozhikode or Wayanad.
